Hi there all; This is my 1st post so hopefully its in the right thread - apologies if not. I need some help and it seems that this is a good place to ask! I am trying to setup an egpu (purchased from Bizon) on my imac.

The P35 Neo, sold as P35 Neo-F and P35 Neo-FI, is a retail Socket 775 motherboard built by MSI. It's model number is MS-7360 VER:1.0. Note: There exist two versions of this motherboard - the only difference is the clock generator (PLL), but this fact requires another BIOS. Note: If there are no results for your Operating Systemand/or Language, please check the compatibility documents to identify if your drivers are planned for delivery. >Compatibility with Windows and Mac OS X.

I contacted Bizon and am awaiting their reply. But any help would be appreciated. I have an nvidia 980ti in the egpu. The Bizon prefpane 'install wizard' came up with an error when it looked for a 'web driver'. Best duplicate photo finder for mac. So being impatient, rather than wait for Bizon to get back to me I looked for the correct nvidia web driver for my version of OSX (yosemite 10.10.5.) I went ahead and installed the driver after checking that it was OK to install a driver for a non-existent card.

As the egpu unit was not yet hooked up. However on restart after install the imac hangs about a quarter of the way into the startup progress bar. I assume this is because of driver incompatibility? I tried resetting pram (cmd-opt-p-r) but it still hangs. Facebook html5 like button not rendering in latest firefox for mac.

The only thing I can launch is OSX recovery which has only system restore options. And single-user command line. And of course I can see the drive in target disk mode from another mac. Safe mode won't boot. Please advise what I should do - I need my computer back!

Basically I'm guessing I need to uninstall the nvidia driver - either via command line in single user mode - if any tips on that please provide a step by step as I'm not confident in messing with command line) OR by hunting down the files in target disk mode and deleting them. My system: imac 27' late 2013 / 3.2 ghz / native card is NVIDIA GeForce GT 755M Yosemite 10.10.5 Many thanks in advance for any tips, Rory. Hi, sorry for asking this question, but my PC doesn't boot after installing the nVidia WebDrivers. It just so happens that on the reboot the Apple Icon is shown and the progress bar loads up to about 60-75%.

After that, a hard reset happens and Boot splash etc. Tried multiple times on a clean install of macOS Sierra. Did anyone else happen to figure this one out?

Also, sorry if this question was already answered, I searched multiple hours in this thread now and didn't came across a solution I think. Regards and thx in advance.

Hi, I use the MSI Live Update5. I am having issues with NOT RESPONDING and GHOSTING of the screen.

I have a Nvidia Geforce 8600GT, DirectX11. I use Photoshop CS5, and Pinnacle Studio 15, but always get these Not responding error messages that drive me CRAZY! I contacted Nvidia about my GPU Pc-E card, and they told me maybe I should update the Motherboard BIOS.

Ms7345

I opened up the liveupdate5 and did a manual update for the bios, they told me before I Flash the bios, I should turn off anti-virus, and also Disable BIOS protection before I proceed. Would this help my problem, or create new ones? I went into the BIOS and all I saw was 'BOOT SECTOR PROTECTION', is this where they want me to disable, or is this something different? If so, then I need to go back into BIOS and re-enable this bios protection feature? In the Pinnacle Studio forums, they tell me it's actually the CPU and memory that makes these (photoshop/Studio) run effienciently not so much the GPU.is this correct? I thought it to be all three.

I'm not ready to upgrade the computer just yet, but I want an i7, 16GB (minimum)DDR3, new mobo to replace this MS-7345 PLATINUM, and of course a faster core speed, more memory, and newer GPU PCi-e. Win 7 PRO 64 8GB DDR2 PC6400 Nvidia 8600GT (latest drivers) INTEL Quad Q6600 2.4 Ghz Photoshop PINNACLE STUDIO 15 (not installed until I take care of these issues with hanging) MSI MS-7345 PLATINUM Mobo Of course I've heard, 'Do not flash the bios unless you really have to'.is this one of those times? Howdy XFM, Well, Even though my geforce driver is up to date, nvidia sent me a download link (below) to maybe help with my issues of GHOSTING and NOT RESPONDING when I'm especially working with Pinnacle Studio.or actually anything else, either Online or Offline, it just freezes, and the round blue timer just spins and spins forever it seems. Nvidia sent me a driver to maybe help with these issues, but they first told me to flash the bios. I went into the BIOS and all I saw was 'BOOT SECTOR PROTECTION', is this where they want me to disable before I download this file, or is this something different? Do I actually have to flash the bios, or can I install this driver with out it? I have a THERMALTAKE TOUGHPOWER 700W ATX 12V 2.2 & EPS 12V Power supply unit.
